and Olive Garden, Lil Things, Don Pablo’s, Legacy Bank,
The Home Depot and Sportsman’s Warehouse. More recently,
Rosebriar was able to attract local restaurateur Johnnie’s
Express to the NE corner of May Avenue and 138th Street on the
west side of Quail Springs Mall. Rosebriar continues to seek out
development opportunities on its remaining property totaling approximately
50 acres on the Quail Springs Mall periphery.
